Career highlights:
Mr Toby ventured into the real estate industry the longest compared to his other partners. Started off as a humble real estate agent in year 2009 and concluded his first transaction in merely two months time upon starting his career.
In year 2011, he began his first project marketing. To his surprise, project marketing requires good teamwork in order to be successful contrary to what he has learned for the past few years. Despite being a senior in the industry, he continues to push forward and prevail.
Due to his easy-to-get-along personality, a large number of followers are willing to trail after him. He was subsequently appointed as the Head of Project Marketing Division for his vast experience and networking capabilities.
He and his partners have co-founded training & networking group known as Panda Land Properties Network with the vision to promote the cooperation and relationships between local and overseas real estate players.
