Career highlights:
Mr Ben started off his low profile career in Mechanical Engineering field since 2012. In lack of real challenges and determination to give a better life to his family, he took his first step ever in the fast-paced real estate industry.
First assigned to sub-sale sector, he began to learn the invaluable communication and negotiation skills most important to a salesperson. Despite countless setbacks, he rose to his rank as a team manager looking after a team of 50 followers. Average gross sales per annum topped RM60million during his leadership period.
In view of his leadership and marketing period, he and his partners were scouted all over and eventually appointed as the Head of Project Marketing Division.
He and his partners have co-founded a training & networking group known as Panda Land Properties Network with the vision to promote the cooperation and relationships between local and overseas real estate players.
His slogan of life has always been “if you are to go fast you go alone, if you are to go far you go in a team”.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering of Universiti Malaya (UM)
Registered REN with Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents of Malaysia
